These trademarks apply to (1) all subscriptions on eleharris.com, its platform, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions including, but not limited to, business advisory and executive consulting services, online sales, marketing, and office software for companies, professionals, and entrepreneurs, and (2) any other related services that accionica.com may offer you in connection with its trademarks.

This Trademark List (“this Agreement”), together with the Terms of Service, the Website Use Policy, and other policies published on this Website, constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between You and ELE HARRIS with respect to any type of products and/or services, and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, warranties, communications, proposals, and other terms, whether oral or written (including, but not limited to, any prior Terms of Service). Any ambiguity in the interpretation of this Agreement shall not be construed against ELE HARRIS, its trademarks, or affiliates.
